St Keverne Band preparing to kick off summer season
St Keverne Band kicks off its summer season of events with its annual pig roast on Bank Holiday Monday, May 26.
Junior, youth and senior bands will be performing at the event, which will also include the traditional auction for the first slice of pork.
Organisers plan to set up a range of new stalls, including ones selling the work of local artists, craftspeople and producers. Anyone interested in selling their work at the event is asked to contact Debbie Belfield on 01326 280409.
Local gardeners have also been asked to donate any surplus seedlings to stock a new plant stall.
The pig roast takes place at the St Keverne band room car park from 3pm to 6pm.
